Dagger sign – seen in ankylosing spondylitis as a single central radiodense line on frontal radiographs of the lumbar spine related to ossification of supraspinous and interspinous ligaments. This case also demonstrates bamboo spine, bilateral sacroiliac joint ankylosis and right hip arthropathy.
